The second night involved a fair bit of frustration but ultimately turned out to be a really fun night. I've more or less told the story already in the UK Tour Preamble, but just to recap, when the band arrived, we found that our plans had fallen through van-wise. So we did like any touring rock stars would do, and rented a minibus to take us to Glasgow. Unfortunately, while we were on stage on Friday, the minibus operator texted me to say that their driver was sick and they had to cancel. (On a separate but related note, I was hit with a pretty ugly cold Friday morning, so I was a little less than 100% this weekend myself.)Saturday morning, we got on the phone with as many bus operators we could find numbers for, until we found one who was available. Davie (our driver), as it turns out, is also in a band - he's the lead singer for a ska band called The Skababs which we find particularly brilliant. Anyway, he gave us a ride to the gig, where we played Ventures-style along the wall to a fairly receptive audience. I thought we played pretty well, and for me definitely better than on Friday. After the show, we stuck around (Davie couldn't make it back until 3am anyway) while the club played some absolutely fantastic music. B and I will probably go back to Glasgow for Shout Bamalama night again for sure.
I thought I'd post this photo as well, even though it doesn't show as much of the band. I still think it's pretty neat looking.

When do you play in London and where?
We're playing on Saturday the 27th at a place called 12 Bar, it's on Denmark Street. I think we're on around 10-ish... should be awesome times! Are you guys up to anything that night? It'd be awesome to hang out!
Hey - we'll definitely come in! I know where it is now so hope to see you there.
