Clickable Time Wasters

Seeing as how it's Friday, I figure it's a good day to share some fun links I've been hording for a while now. Some of these are pretty addictive, so best clear your schedule.

Digital Lite-Brite

As the name suggests, it's a digital incarnation of the classic Lite-Brite. This image is my best attempt at drawing a sailboat. Notice my obvious lack of any visual art ability. There's a reason I don't design websites for the general public. Really.

Grow

Grow is a weird little game where you drag objects onto your planet. Each object takes a certain amount of time to grow, and different things happen depending on the order you choose. Super wicked fun, and a great concept. There's many more versions of Grow on the site as well.

Desktop Blues

SCE sent me this a long time ago and it's been sitting in my list of links to post ever since. Control the bluesman's guitar riffs and vocals. Somehow it always turns out sounding pretty good. This site also has some other cool music toys, like the Shower Song, which is similar in concept. These are immense time wasters here. You've been warned.

HomeRun

This one's in German, but the concept is universal. The mission is to keep the drunk from falling over as he walks home. Pretty funny, actually. Use the mouse to keep him as balanced as possible. He's still drinking, though, so it gets harder and harder the further you go.

Enjoy!
